KCR directs officials to chalk out 10-year action plan for Hyderabad


Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Friday held a review meeting with officials at Pragati Bhavan regarding the development in Hyderabad.

Directing officials to set up a 10-year action plan for overall development of Hyderabad, KCR urged them to plan the future of the city keeping the needs of 30 years in mind. He instructed them to focus on Hyderabad development as population has crossed 1 crore and plan for the construction of two reservoirs for drinking water along with improving basic amenities.

The Chief Minister pointed out that the plans should be made based on the expected population growth in the next 30 years.
