KCR talking of Third Front eying on PM post: APCC chief

Vijayawada, March.11 (NSS): Andhra Pradesh PCC president N Raghuveera Reddy has alleged that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was bringing his Third Front idea on to the screen only with the ill-intention of becoming Prime Minister of the nation.

Speaking to the media here on Sunday along with TPCC working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, former Union minister Pallamraju, AP Mahila Congress chief Sunkara Padmasri and leaders Danekula Murali Mohan, Akula Srinivas and others, Raghuveera Reddy predicted that the TRS would be defeated in the elections. “It was not easy to stand up even KCR floats Third Front at the national level”, he felt.

The APCC president also alleged that KCR brought his Third Front idea while knowing that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister was going to distance himself from the BJP. He demanded that the TDP boycott Rajya Sabha elections if it was sincere on special status to Andhra Pradesh State. He called upon the TDP, YCP, Congress and Left Parties to come forward to wage movement unitedly to mount pressure on the Centre on special status to Andhra Pradesh State instead of “fooling the people”.
