40 new police stations to come up in TS

Home minister Mohd Mahmood Ali signs a file on reorganisation of zones and sanction of posts in the existing tri-commissionerates for 40 police stations, after the inauguration of the Secretariat on Sunday.

HYDERABAD: Home minister Mohd Mahmood Ali soon after occupying his chambers after the inauguration of the Secretariat signed a file pertaining to reorganisation of zones and sanction of posts in the tri-commissionerates for 40 new police stations.

Chief Secretary (home) Jitender, DGP Anjani Kumar, ACB DGP Ravi Gupta, police commissioners C.V. Anand, D.S. Chauhan and Stephen Raveendra, additional DGPs Sandeep Sandilya, Shikha Goel, Mahesh M. Bhagwat, Swati Lakra, Nagireddy, along with IGs and DIGs participated in the programme.
