91Springboard bets big on Hyderabad co-working space

The company recently launched its third hub in Hyderabad at Raheja Commerzone Hetero Tower, Hitec City. With this, it now provides 1,40,000 sq ft of space, catering to startups, freelancers and large enterprises

Hyderabad: 91Springboard, a flex workspace provider, is looking to scale to 5,00,000 sq ft between FY25 and FY26.

The company recently launched its third hub in Hyderabad at Raheja Commerzone Hetero Tower, HITEC City. With this, it now provides 1,40,000 sq ft of space, catering to startups, freelancers and large enterprises alike.

The company is betting big on Hyderabad given the city emerging as a key hub for startups and technology firms on the back of robust infrastructure, skilled workforce and favourable business environment.

“We are looking at expanding within our existing markets by offering ‘office-as-a-service’ solutions. The focus is on density over breadth strategy, prioritising concentrated clusters in key locations rather than widespread expansion,” says Sameer Singh, COO, 91Springboard, on the Hyderabad plans.

This allows for better resource allocation, higher occupancy rates and stronger community engagement, even beyond metro-centric audiences, he says.

Emerging trends shaping flexible workspaces

The future of workspaces is being shaped by several key trends, with the ‘hotelisation’ of flexible spaces at the forefront, he says. Companies too are prioritising eco-friendly practices, integrating green certifications, energy efficient systems and sustainable materials.

“Hybrid work policies and smart technology are shaping workspace landscape, ensuring that offices remain not just a necessity but a competitive advantage,” says Singh on the growing co-working space trend.

Tailored spaces, especially among enterprise clients who require adaptable layouts and advanced technology integration, have seen increasing demand, says Singh, adding, large corporations that have dedicated campuses are increasingly adopting flexible workspace solutions for strategic reasons.

The trend of co-working space has caught on post-pandemic, as businesses seek adaptable office solutions led by hybrid work models.

Springboard, which offers flexible spaces, ready-to-use private workspaces and curated managed office solutions, currently has 34 hubs across key commercial cities such as Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Delhi and Goa.
