Justice R. Subhash Reddy has been named as Member of PCA

HYDERABAD: Justice R. Subhash Reddy (retired), former judge of the Supreme Court, has made member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), an inter-governmental organisation, at The Hague in the Netherlands.

The PCA has recently added Justice Kalpesh Satyendra Jhaveri, a serving judge of the Supreme Court, and two retired judges, Justice K.S.P. Radhakrishnan  and Justice Indu Malhotra.

Justice Subhash Reddy hails from Medak district. He was appointed additional judge of the AP High Court in 2002 and became permanent judge in 2004. He was Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court between 2016 and 2018 and the first judge from Telangana to be elevated to the Supreme Court.  He retired on January 4, 2022.
