The victim who is a native of Madhya Pradesh had approached the police and made a complaint against
Shaik Jani Basha alias Jani Master alleging he had sexually assaulted her multiple times.
The case has been transferred to the local police there for further investigation.
The police invoked Sections 376 (2)(n) (rape), criminal intimidation (506) and voluntarily causing hurt (323) of the IPC against him.
Jani Master had worked with several actors in South Indian movies.
