Wankidi Sub-Inspector Prashanth reported that Vadluri Suresh, 38, from Kirdi village, died while receiving treatment after attempting to take his own life by ingesting pesticide around 11 p.m. while in an intoxicated state.
Kumram Bheem Asifabad: A scribe working with vernacular newspaper died by allegedly suicide by consuming pesticide, following family disputes at Kirdi village in Wankidi mandal late on Thursday night.
Wankidi Sub-Inspector Prashanth said that Vadluri Suresh, 38, from Kirdi village died while undergoing treatment when he attempted to end his life by taking the pesticide in an inebriated condition by 11 pm. He was immediately shifted to a hospital in Mancherial, but breathed his last during treatment.
Suresh is survived by two sons and a wife.
The wife of Suresh lodged a complaint with police, a case was registered. Investigations were taken up.
