Vemulawada: A gruesome murder shook this temple town, when the body of a youngster was found with multiple injuries on Konayapally road on Wednesday morning. Police believe the murder could have been a fall out of an illicit relation, but investigations are on from all angles.
The body of Rasheed (35) was found near the lane next to a scooter showroom. The body bore nearly 20 deep wounds, possibly inflicted with knives and swords. The body has been moved to the mortuary for an autopsy to be conducted.
Preliminary investigations revealed that a case was filed against him some six months ago in an illicit relations issue. Investigation is on.
