Kumram Bheem Asifabad: Sighting of a tiger on a road at Amruthguda village in on Thursday, created a flutter. Amruthguda is located on the borders of Telangana and Maharashtra.
A tiger was spotted while moving on a road on the outskirts of the village, panicking farmers and motorists. Upon hearing noise of the onlookers, the tiger slipped into a roadside farm. Farmers urged the Forest officials to take steps to divert the tiger into deep forests. They said that they were now hesitating to enter agriculture fields.

Forest officials said that a tiger possibly from Tadoba Andheri Tiger Reserve in the neighboring Maharashtra might have drifted towards Telangana in search of territory and partner for mating.
They told the farmers to be cautious of the tiger. They advised the public avoid sudden confrontation with the tiger, which could prove fatal for humans.
