Mancherial: A spotted deer was killed, allegedly by stray dogs, on the outskirts of Bellampalli town on Tuesday.
Locals said that a 2-year-old spotted deer was found dead with neck injuries caused when the dogs attacked it. The deer might have ventured into peripherals of the town to quench its thirst. However, it was chased and killed by the stray dogs.
Locals said that deer often enter the edges of the town only to be attacked by stray dogs at regular intervals.
