Thick smoked billowed from the building due to the fire. The area has been cordoned off.
Hyderabad: A major fire broke out at a rubber factory located at Katedan Industrial Area on Thursday early hours. No casualties are reported in the incident so far.
According to the officials, the fire broke out in the factory engaged in making car mats and other rubber articles. On information the fire tenders from nearby fire stations rushed to the spot and started fire fighting operations.
The Mailardevpally police also reached the spot along with the DRF teams. Thick smoked billowed from the building due to the fire. The area has been cordoned off.
The cause of the fire is being ascertained.
