A 55-year-old woman died after a speeding car hit the bike she was travelling on with her husband at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The victim succumbed at a hospital. Police booked the car driver and launched an investigation.
Hyderabad: A woman died in a road accident at Banjara Hills in the city on Saturday night.
According to the police, Shahnoor Begum (55) was going along with her husband Mohammed Akbar, on the Banjara Hills Road No. 3 when a four wheeler hit their bike at a high speed. The woman fell on the road and suffered serious injuries.
She was rushed to a private hospital where she died while undergoing treatment. A case is registered against the driver of the four wheeler and investigation started.
