Police have identified the driver of the TGSRTC hire bus that met with a tragic accident in Chevella as Dastagiri Baba. The bus conductor, Radha, survived with minor injuries. The vehicle was operating on hire from Tandur depot.
Hyderabad: The police have identified the driver of the TGSRTC hire vehicle that met with a tragic accident at Mirzaguda in Chevella as Dastagiri Baba.
The bus, bearing registration number TG 34 TA 6354, started from Tandur bus stand at around 5:00 am and met with the accident at 6:15 am.
According to officials, the vehicle was operating on a hire basis for the TGSRTC. The bus conductor, Radha, escaped with minor injuries in the incident.
Police said she survived because she was seated on the left side of the vehicle, which bore less impact during the collision.
The investigation into the exact cause of the crash is underway.
