Peddapalli: The National Thermal Power Corporation-Ramagundam celebrated its 48th Raising Day. NTPC officials and employees celebrated the event at Administrative Building lawns on Friday.
Hoisting the NTPC flag to mark the inauguration of the celebrations, NTPC (Ramagundam & Telangana) Executive Director Chandan Kumar Samanta appreciated the sustained efforts of NTPC Ramagundam employees and encouraged everyone to continue upholding the organisation’s values of service, discipline, and excellence.
He lauded welfare initiatives and reaffirmed NTPC’s commitment to empowering its workforce and communities.
On the occasion, awards were presented to winners of cyber security quiz, and lead and master trainers of the Rashtriya Karmayogi Jansewa Large Scale Training Programme were felicitated for their contributions to capacity building.
NTPC officials, HoHR, union representatives, executive association and SC/ST Welfare Association, CISF, DMS members among others participated in celebrations.
