Adani Electricity introduces a scheme to buy energy efficient fans, ACs at a huge discount
Adani Electricity on Monday introduced a special scheme for residential, educational, hospitals, and charitable trust category consumers wherein they can purchase energy-efficient appliances for upto 47% discount.
“Get up to 42 % discount on a 5-star ceiling fan which consumes 60% less electricity and post discount, the fan will cost just Rs 2284,” a spokesperson said. “Also, get up to 47 % discount on a 5-star refrigerator whose post-discount cost will be Rs 12,300,” he said.
These ceiling fans will help consumers to reduce their monthly electricity bills as conventional old fans require 75W, but this 5-star fan requires only 30W power.
Adani Electricity has already distributed over 1600 fans under this program.
Adani Electricity spokesperson said, “Offering energy-saving appliances at substantial rebate will help our customers in reducing monthly electricity bills and will also support the national goal of reducing greenhouse gas emission by 1 billion tonnes by 2030”. The offers are for a limited period and will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
