Adilabad: Former Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy lashed out at the Congress for neglecting farmers by offering lower Rythu Bharosa crop investment support than promised. He along with Boath MLA Anil Jadhav and members of the panel, formed by BRS to study key causes behind the farm crisis, addressed media persons here on Saturday.
