The video has stirred up a debate around why Alia and Ranbir were recently not allowed to visit a temple owing to protests that Ranbir consumes beef, and Vivek was allowed a free pass.
While Alia and Ranbir didn’t visit the Mahakaleshwar temple, director Ayan Mukherji visited on their behalf and later gave a statement that owing to Alia’s pregnancy, they decided against going in a crowded place.
