
The examinations are set to commence with the Telugu paper on May 3, followed by the English paper on May 4. Both papers are of a qualifying nature.
Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has released the Group- I Mains examinations timetable, scheduling the descriptive tests from May 3 to 9.
The examinations will begin with a paper in Telugu on May 3 followed by a paper in English on May 4. Both the papers are qualifying in nature.
The paper – I (general essay on contemporary themes and issues of regional, national and international importance) is scheduled on May 5, while the paper – II (History and Cultural and Geography of India and Andhra Pradesh) is on May 6.
Similarly, paper – III (Polity, Constitution, Governance, Law and Ethics) and paper – IV (Economy and Development of India and Andhra Pradesh) is on May 7 and 8. The exams will conclude with paper – V (Science, Technology and Environmental Issues) on May 9. All the exams will be conducted from 10 am to l1 pm.
The APPSC had in 2023 released 81 Group I vacancies.
