A 22-year-old auto driver, Afroz, was brutally stabbed to death by unidentified persons at Mailardevpally on Friday night. Police suspect previous enmity led to the murder and have shifted the body for postmortem. An investigation is underway.
HYDERABAD: An auto driver was murdered by unknown persons at Mailardevpally in the city on Friday night.
The victim Afroz, (22) a resident of Guntalshah Darga area was called for a discussion late on Friday night by some people who later stabbed him to death brutally with sharp edged weapons.
The police, on information, reached the spot and shifted the body to mortuary for postmortem. The police suspect some persons might have killed Afroz due to previous enmity.
The police are investigating.
