Christoph Waltz brings his Oscar-winning persona to Prime Video’s ‘The Consultant
Two-time Oscar-winning actor Christoph Waltz stars in Prime Video’s upcoming dark comedy thriller series ‘The Consultant’. The actor plays the role of Regus Patoff, an unsettling consultant hired by an app-based gaming company CompWare, where he showcases his sociopathic management style. The story unfolds into bizarre growth tactics from this calculative and highly manipulative consultant. Christoph Waltz wears multiple hats in the film as an executive producer and an actor, giving away the least of the plot and displaying immense faith in his on-screen characteristics, leaving the audience in anticipatory suspense. Directed by Matt Shakman, ‘The Consultant’ promises a nail-biting drama with the action confined to the walls of an office. As an executive producer, Waltz keeps fans on the edge of their seats as he keeps the mystery about his character Regus, leaving them yearning for more. “I am uniquely privileged to not have to describe the character because I…

Everything we know about Lady Gaga in the Joker sequel
Even if you’re not an avid follower of the Batman franchise, or any of the superhero multiverse for that matter (though, with the amount of content being churned out, it’s slightly hard to avoid), you’ll still be familiar with the character of The Joker. Whether through Heath Ledger’s haunting portrayal in The Dark Knight, or by proxy on account of being the beau of Margot Robbie‘s fast-mouthed and nasal Harley Quinn, you’re probably just about up to date with Gotham’s Clown Prince of Crime. Oh, and let’s not forget, 2019’s Joker brought us an unforgettably unhinged Joaquin Phoenix performance (which earned him an Academy Award for Best Actor), alongside a complete retelling of the famous adversary which we know and…love? And now, a sequel to the cynical tale of madness is coming our way, with a very familiar face joining the ranks. So what do we know so far about this next instalment in the supervillain’s…

Hugh Jackman thinks it’s “inevitable” that Australia will become a republic. King Charles became Australia’s monarch following the death of Queen Elizabeth in September – but the 54-year-old actor feels it’s “natural” that the country will become a republic one day. Hugh – who was born in Australia to English parents – told ‘Laura Kuenssberg on Sunday’: “I think Australia will become republican at some point. It feels natural. “It feels like something that is, I would guess inevitable, and I guess would be a natural part of an evolution of a country. You know?” Despite this, the Hollywood star insists that he has “absolutely no ill will” towards the royal family. In fact, Hugh actually admires Charles and Queen Elizabeth. He shared: “My father made us stop doing whatever we could to watch in 1981 the wedding of Lady Di and Prince Charles. We had champagne. “So I grew…
