    Telangana government approves ticket price hike for Ram Charan’s ‘Game Changer’

    The move appears to be the outcome of ace producer Dil Raju’s meeting with CM Revanth Reddy with a request to consider price hike of tickets for two movies — ‘Game Changer’ and ‘Sankranthiki Vasthunnam’ — set to release as part of the Sankranthi festival offering Hyderabad: The Telangana government has permitted the filmmakers of Ram Charan-starrer Game Changer to hike the ticket prices for the movie slated for a worldwide release on January 10. In a GO issued on Wednesday, the government also allowed additional screenings of the movie. However, it has rejected the request for screening a benefit show at 1 am with enhanced rates. According to the GO, six shows can be screened on Friday (January 10), including an extra show at 4 am, with an additional amount of Rs 150 at multiplex theatres and additional Rs 100 at single-screen theatres.
