Shilparamam Madhapur hosting 10-day thematic exhibition with artisans from 5 States

Around 50 artisans from the States of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir participated in this exhibition Hyderabad: A 10-day ‘Thematic Exhibition’ is being organised at Shilparamam, Madhapur, from March 6 onwards. The Andhra Pradesh Productivity Council, Hyderabad, is organising the event under the Comprehensive Handicrafts Cluster Development Scheme in Telangana State with the support of Development of Handicrafts, Ministry of Textiles, New Delhi. Around 50 artisans from the States of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir participated in this exhibition. Products like Bobbin lace station Ghanpur, lac bangles, Cheriyal scroll painting, crocheted goods, jute craft, wood ware, paintings, hand-printed textiles, incense sticks, applique work, tie & dye, terracotta, block printing, stone carving, pottery, Mithila painting, are available for visitors. IIT, Hyderabad, joins hands with Coal India to develop clean coal tech

The school management presented a cheque of Rs 3 lakh towards adoption charges of the white tiger in the Nehru Zoological Park Hyderabad: NASR Boys School, Gachibowli, adopted one white tiger named ‘Utsav’ in the Nehru Zoological Park for a period of one year. Utsav is a male white tiger, zoo-born, aged about two years. Telangana: Inter officials get notices for transporting question papers in three-wheeler
