Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) for the Jubilee Hills by-election were commissioned on November 2 and 3 at Kotla Vijay Bhaskara Reddy Indoor Stadium. Candidates and agents attended, supervised by officials, ensuring the machines are ready for polling Hyderabad: A key exercise for the Jubilee Hills bye-election, the commissioning of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) was conducted by the Returning Officer on November 2 and 3 at the Kotla Vijay Bhaskara Reddy Indoor Stadium in the city.
