Hyderabad: Terming that the poachgate scandal “scripted” by Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao was a flop show, Union minister G. 2022 brings cheer to Hyderabad’s real estate, housing units sale up by 87 per cent

About 3,64,900 housing units were sold in the top seven cities in 2022 against 2,36,500 units in 2021 Hyderabad: Despite the gradual hike in property prices and home loan interest rates in 2022, it has been a good year for residential real estate. About 3,64,900 housing units were sold in the top seven cities in 2022 against 2,36,500 units in 2021. This is a 54% year-on-year increase. The sales growth in Hyderabad was 87%.
