In an open letter to the youth of Telangana on Sunday, Rama Rao said the State government was striving to ensure a bright future for the youth in the State. Hyderabad: IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao on Sunday urged the youth of Telangana to grab the opportunity and secure government jobs in the wake of a large number of vacancies notified by the State government. TRS hopes to get EC nod for BRS after Gujarat, HP poll results
Hyderabad: The TRS expects the Election Commission to approve the party’s renaming as Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) after the results of the Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections are announced on December 8. Accordingly, the party leadership plans to hold various activities throughout the state in December to take the BRS to the people, with less than a year left for the state elections. Hayathnagar police raid birthday party, arrest three students, seize ganja
Hyderabad: Hayathnagar police seized 50 grams of ganja and apprehended three students during a birthday party raid conducted at a farmhouse in Pasumamula village. The trio were arrested for consuming ganja. Apart from the contraband, 10 cars, a motor bike, 30 mobile phones, eight cigarettes, D.J Sound system and empty liquor bottles were also seized. A case under section 9c, 20, 2, (A) 25, 17 AND 29 of NDPS ACT and Rachakonda snd city police Act and 34 (a) of TS Excise Act has been registered against the arrested. Gold coins found while digging borewell in Andhra’s West Godavari
In the presence of the villagers, the statement of the farm owner was taken by Tahsildar and the gold coins along with the clay pot were seized. West Godavari: Around 18 gold coins were found in an earthen pot while digging a borewell pipeline in the field in Eduwadala Palem village on Saturday. The field belonged to Manukonda Satyanarayana in Eduwadala Palem village of the Mandal. 17 gold coins were found in the earthen pot. Another coin was recovered later.
