Drug peddling gang from Rajasthan busted, 3 held in Hyderabad
The arrested persons are Savlaram Bishnoi, Hapuram Bishnoi and Lalaram Bishnoi, all natives of Jalore in Rajasthan. Hyderabad: The Elite Action Group for Drug Law Enforcement (EAGLE) team nabbed a three-member drug peddling gang from Rajasthan on charges of drug peddling and seized 3.25 kg of opium and two cars, altogether worth Rs 17 lakh. The arrested persons are Savlaram Bishnoi, Hapuram Bishnoi and Lalaram Bishnoi, all natives of Jalore in Rajasthan. Hyderabad: Heavy rainfall fills Hussain Sagar to the brim
Water level of the lake stood at 513.41 metres at 5 pm on Friday, against the Full Tank Level of 514.75 metres, says GHMC Hyderabad: Heavy and widespread rain resulted in Hussain Sagar receiving high inflows and filling the water body in the heart of the city almost to the brim. The GHMC issued a press release stating that the water level of the lake stood at 513.41 metres at 5 pm. This level is against the Full Tank Level (FTL) of 514.75 metres. The civic body also alerted people in low-lying areas along the discharge channels.

Traffic flow on Falaknuma Road came to a standstill with heavy water-logging at Basheer Function Hall; water entered several houses at Yakutpura, Tallabkatta, Lalithabagh and Al Jubail Colony Hyderabad: Due to heavy rainfall in Old City, water-logging was reported at several places on Friday. Traffic flow on the Falaknuma Road came to a standstill with heavy water-logging at Basheer Function Hall. Motorists took a detour to reach Chandrayangutta. The situation was similar at the Ramaswamygunj Chatrinaka junction with up to three feet of water stagnating at the place. There were reports of water-logging at Dabeerpura Darwaza, Falaknuma Bridge, Bandlaguda Road, Bahadurpura, Chaderghat among other places.
