Telangana ranks second in human trafficking cases in India
Telangana police booked 336 human trafficking cases in 2023, standing second in India. They rescued 626 persons, including 604 women. Telangana reports 18,236 cybercrime cases in 2023
India recorded 86,420 cybercrime cases in 2023, a sharp rise from previous years. Telangana ranked second with 18,236 cases. Hyderabad stood 2nd among metro cities. Artisan worker electrocuted at Huzurabad sub-station in Karimnagar
An artisan worker, Boda Shankar Reddy (40) of Rangapur in Huzurabad mandal, died of electrocution while working at the Huzurabad sub-station on Wednesday. Police registered a case and shifted the body for post-mortem. Investigation is underway Karimnagar: An artisan worker, Boda Shankar Reddy (40), died of electrocution while on duty at the Huzurabad sub-station on Wednesday. A native of Rangapur in Huzurabad mandal, Shankar Reddy accidentally came into contact with a live electric wire while working at the sub-station. He died on the spot.
