Delhi Excise Policy Case: Manish Sisodia Named as Accused in CBI Chargesheet
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a second charge sheet in the Delhi Liquor Policy Case, and it mentions the name of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. Sisodia is accused number one in the CBI FIR. He has been charged under sections 7, 7a, 8 of Prevention of Corruption Act and 120(b) and 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Along with him, Butchi Babu, Arjun Pandey and Amandeep Dhal were also named in the FIR. The central agency said that it has failed to establish the money trail reaching Sisodia. Sunak eyes deal to allow UK passport holders to use e-gates at EU airports
Rishi Sunak is seeking to capitalise on his improved relations with the EU with hopes of an agreement to allow British passport holders to use e-gates when travelling in the bloc. Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday that British diplomats had raised the issue informally. A potential discussion was foreseen on the sidelines of a meeting in Japan the prime minister and the European Commission chief, Ursula von der Leyen, will attend in June. Supreme Court of India NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Monday observed that bills sent to the governor for assent must be returned “as soon as possible” and not sit over them, making state Legislative Assemblies wait indefinitely. All set for Operation Kaveri to airlift Indians from Sudan

NEW DELHI: India on Monday named its evacuation operations by sea and air for Indians stranded in the African nation of Sudan as Operation Kaveri, with external affairs minister S.
