      Twenty still trapped as rescue operations continue at Sangareddy blast site

      At least 20 workers remain trapped under debris after an explosion at a Sangareddy industrial unit. Of 149 on duty, 37 bodies were recovered, 35 are injured, and only four victims have been identified so far. Sangareddy: As rescue operations continued on Tuesday, the Sangareddy district administration revealed that at least 20 people were still trapped under the debris of the industrial unit that was rocked by an explosion. Following discussions with the management of the industry, the district administration released the list of employees who were working at the time of the blast.       Two fair price shop dealers arrested for diversion of PDS rice in Adilabad

      Police seized 25 quintals of unaccounted  rice during surprise inspections in Gadiguda and Lokari (K). A case has been registered and investigation is ongoing Adilabad: Two fair shop dealers were arrested for allegedly diverting Public Distribution System (PDS) rice in Gadiguda mandal centre and Lokari (K) villages on Monday. Police seized 25 quintals of rice from them. Police said Kura Shivaji and Shaik Javid from Gadiguda and Lokari (K), respectively, were apprehended for the diversion of the rice through their shops. While Shivaji was found to have stored unaccounted 17.6 quintals of rice, 7.3 quintals were seized from Javid during a surprise inspection of the shops.
