Online loan app claims youngster’s life in Telangana’s Karimnagar
Pappu Anjaneyulu, who worked in a bottling company, was found hanging from a tree in Manakondur mandal Karimnagar: Unable to clear loans taken on an online loan application, a 23-year-old man, Pappu Anjaneyulu, died, allegedly by suicide, in Gattududdenapalli of Manakondur mandal on Sunday night. According to locals, Anjaneyulu, who used to work in a bottling company in Karimnagar, did not return home on Sunday. As his phone was switched off, family members searched for him and found his body hanging from a tree near the hillocks. They said he could have ended his life since he was unable to clear the debts he incurred after borrowing money from online loan apps. Police have registered a case and investigation is on.

A 60-year-old woman, Bollu Mallavva was hacked to death in Chandurthi mandal on Monday evening Rajanna Sircilla: A 60-year-old woman, Bollu Mallavva was hacked to death in Chandurthi mandal on Monday evening. According to police, a person attacked Mallavva with a sickle near Peddamma temple while she was returning to home from agricultural fields. She died on the spot with severe bleeding injuries. The exact reason for the murder is not yet known. She was survived by son and daughter. Knowing about the incident, police rushed the spot and began investigation by registering the case.
