Eight-year-old Jetoth Vihanram from Siddipet scales Mount Patalsu
Jetoth Vihanram, a resident of Hanuma Thanda in Dhoolmitta mandal, easily reached the summit, while 20 out of 42 members of a Telangana expedition team were unable to conquer Mount Patalsu. Cabinet approves MSP hike for Rabi crops in 2025-26
The largest increase in MSP is for rapeseed and mustard, which saw a rise of Rs 300 per quintal, followed by lentil (masur) with an increase of Rs 275 per quintal. Other increases include Rs 210 per quintal for gram, Rs 150 for wheat, Rs 140 for safflower, and Rs 130 for barley, as reported by the CCEA.
