Mancherial DCO arrested while accepting bribe of Rs.2 lakh from an employee
Mancherial’s district Cooperative Officer, Rathod Bikku, was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau for allegedly accepting a Rs. 2 lakh bribe from a cooperative bank employee. He was caught red-handed and sent to judicial remand in Karimnagar. Mancherial: The District Cooperative Officer (DCO) was arrested by Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials allegedly while accepting a bribe of Rs.2 lakh from the employee of a cooperative bank here on Saturday. ACB DSP Madhu said DCO Rathod Bikku was apprehended when he was receiving the bribe from cooperative bank employee to withdraw a complaint lodged against him, to pay salaries during the period of suspension and not to take action against him based on an inquiry report.
