City’s Industrialist elected as Senior VP of All India Plastic Manufacturers Association
Anil Reddy Vennam, from Hyderabad is elected to the prestigious organisation All India Plastic Manufacturers Association as the Senior Vice-President unanimously
Hyderabad: A city-based industrialist Anil Reddy Vennam, was elected as the Senior Vice-President of the All India Plastic Manufacturer Association (AIPMA) which represents 50,000 plus Plastic manufacturing companies that contribute Rs. 3.5 lakh crore to Indian economy.
In a meeting held in Mumbai, Anil Reddy Vennam, former President of The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) was unanimously elected. This is the first time that a South Indian is elected for the body.
AIPMA is recognized by the Chemical and Fertilizers Ministry and has representation at various Union and State Government ministries to voice concerns and difficulties faced by the plastic industry. AIPMA also plays a role in budgetary structure recommendations, monitoring uniformity in government regulations and chalking out strategies and policies for the plastic industry, said Anil Reddy on his election.
