Dhoom To Pathaan, Fans Hail John Abraham As The Swaggiest And Coolest Villain Of Indian Cinema

From his cool Hayabusa to his long locks, John Abraham was a rage back in 2004. This was one of the coolest films Bollywood had ever seen. Way before the Spanish series Money Heist was even conceptualised, India got its own heist movie that everyone was going bonkers over.

As Pathaan continues to rule box office, people are not just going gaga over Shah Rukh Khan but also John Abraham who is back in the role he plays best – villain. With films like Dhoom, Race 2, New York, Zinda, Ek Villain Returns, Madhoshi and Shootout at Wadala and now Pathaan, Abraham has proved that he is the best-seasoned villain who is calm but dangerous.

People are bowled over by John Abraham’s performance. So much so, they are calling it the highlight of Pathaan. Some of the fans even said that John’s performance was better than that of Shah Rukh Khan. They are hailing him as the coolest, swaggiest and the most stylish antagonist of Indian cinema.

Even Shah Rukh Khan called John Abraham the backbone of Pathaan.

“I genuinely feel that the backbone and the best thing about Pathaan is Jim, played by John. John ho picture me lo toh kapdon ka kharcha bhi kam aata hai, (when John is in the film, the cost of clothing is also less),” said SRK.

“To play a bad guy and to be rightly bad an take a cynical point.” Recalling how Abraham helped him with action scenes, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Secondly, I know very little action but in the motorcycle sequences, he was so kind to me. He just wanted me to be correct and not get hurt.”
