Seek funds for construction of new buildings for government high school, junior college, degree college in Secunderabad constituency
HYDERABAD: Former Minister T Harish Rao and Secunderabad MLA T Padma Rao met Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy in his chambers in the Assembly on Friday regarding development works in Secunderabad constituency.
In a representatio
n to the Chief Minister, the Secunderabad MLA pointed out that the previous government had accorded permission for construction of new buildings for a Government High School, Government Junior College and Degree College with Rs.29.75 crore. However, due to non-payment of funds, the constructions works were stopped midway. The government should release funds for expediting the works, he appealed.
Later, speaking to media persons, Harish Rao said since there were many people in the Chief Minister’s chambers, the representation was handed over to Government Advisor Vem Narender Reddy. It was on the request of Padma Rao that he accompanied him to meet the Chief Minister, Harish Rao said.
