Heathrow passenger poos on British Airways plane floor and smears it on curtains
Apassenger ‘pooed on the floor and smeared it around the British Airways plane’ in a sick ordeal. Other passengers and cabin crew were left gagging after the man reportedly ran around the cabin spreading the poo along the carpets and curtains of the jet.
Emergency services rushed to Heathrow Airport just moments before Flight BA075 took off for Lagos on October 7, reports The Sun. A BA report said: “During boarding a passenger stripped from the waist down and defecated on the galley floor. He sat in it and rubbed it onto the galley floor and aisle carpets.
“He walked in it and started running up the aisle as far as door four. He smeared his arms to elbow in faecal matter, and door seats as he went.”
The report added: “The curtains and carpets were severely contaminated. Very important that a hygienic biohazard and deep clean is carried out and properly supervised and signed off.”
Passengers were delayed up to three hours while the Boeing 777-336 plane was swapped and taken out of service. A British Airways spokesperson told The Sun: “We apologised to our customers for the delay to their flight and arranged for an alternative aircraft to allow them to continue their journey.”
