Hyderabad: Case filed against actress Kalpika Ganesh over Prism Pub row

After obtaining permission from the court, the Gachibowli police filed a case against the actress under various Sections of BNS Act and are investigating

HYDERABAD: A case is registered against actress Kalpika Ganesh at Gachibowli police station for allegedly creating nuisance at Prism Pub last month end.

The actress along with a friend had gone to pub to celebrate her birthday when an argument broke out over some issue between the staff of the pub and the actress.

On information, the Gachibowli police had arrived at the spot and in presence of the police the actress had allegedly abused the staff of the pub.

On a complaint the police had sought permission from the court for filing a case. After obtaining permission the police filed a case under various Sections of BNS Act and are investigating.

The police are likely to issue a notice to the actress asking her to appear before them for questioning.
