Water level of the lake stood at 513.41 metres at 5 pm on Friday, against the Full Tank Level of 514.75 metres, says GHMC
Hyderabad: Heavy and widespread rain resulted in Hussain Sagar receiving high inflows and filling the water body in the heart of the city almost to the brim.
The GHMC issued a press release stating that the water level of the lake stood at 513.41 metres at 5 pm. This level is against the Full Tank Level (FTL) of 514.75 metres. The civic body also alerted people in low-lying areas along the discharge channels.
