Hyderabad: LKG student injured after teacher allegedly hurls tiffin box in Saidabad school

A three-year-old LKG student sustained a head injury at a private school in Saidabad after a teacher allegedly threw a tiffin box at him. The parents have filed a police complaint, and an investigation is ongoing

Hyderabad: A LKG class student suffered a head injury after a teacher allegedly hurled a tiffin box at him at a school in Saidabad on Wednesday.

The boy Avula Eshwar, aged three years, is studying in LKG at a private school in Saidabad. On Wednesday, Manikantha, the boy’s father, dropped him off at the school in the morning.

In the afternoon, the school clerk called Manikantha’s family over the phone and informed them that the child suffered a head injury while playing. When the parents reached the school, the staff allegedly did not cooperate with them.

“Our child suffered an injury after a teacher hit him with a tiffin box. The school management is trying to downplay the incident, saying two children fought,” Manikantha told media persons.

The parents approached the I S Sadan police station and made a complaint. A case is registered.
