Jawaharnagar police arrest Kondal after a video of him dancing with a sword at his birthday party goes viral; case under Arms Act filed; weapon seized
Hyderabad: The Jawaharnagar police arrested a man for dancing with a sword during his birthday celebrations on Thursday.
The police also seized the sharp-edged weapon from his possession.
The arrested person has been identified as Kondal, a BRS party activist.
A video of Kondal dancing with the sword during his birthday party went viral on social media platforms.
Upon learning about the incident, the police launched a search and arrested him.
A case has been registered against him under Section 25(a) of the Arms Act, 1959.
