The suspect, identified as P Narsing Rao (62), a resident of Mirchowk, was found selling liquor from his residence at high margins, including on dry days and after official shop hours.
Following a tip-off, the Task Force team caught Rao during an illegal sale and seized 318 bottles containing 57.2 litres of liquor of various brands, altogether worth Rs 60,000.
The arrested person and the seized liquor were handed over to the Mirchowk police for further action.
