Panic gripped at Siddiqnagar in Madhapur after a four-storey building tilted on Tuesday evening.
Following the incident, teams of HYDRAA, GHMC, revenue and local police rushed to the spot.
According to the reports, the four storey building suddenly tilted creating a scare and chaos among the residents.
Soon after, the residents ran out fearing for their safety.
Sources said a builder had excavated the earth to create a cellar on a plot adjacent to the building and it could be a reason for the four storied building to tilt.
The police had cordoned off the area and the local officials have asked the residents in the building and nearby houses to move out for their own safety.
