Hyderabad: A 57-year-old news reporter from a vernacular news channel, K Ramesh, who was injured in a road crash at SR Nagar, died while undergoing treatment at a city hospital on Monday.

On January 17, Ramesh was driving his motorcycle from Umesh Chandra statue junction towards old SR Nagar PS side, when he was hit by a rashly driven motorcycle that was coming from the opposite direction.
Ramesh suffered grievous injuries and was immediately shifted to a private hospital in Ameerpet, where he succumbed to injuries. The SR Nagar police are investigating.
