Hyderabad: A married woman died by suicide by hanging allegedly due to the harassment from her husband at her house in Vanasthalipuram on Thursday night.
The woman identified as Navya (26) and Suresh Kumar had a love marriage and the couple has three children, all aged under five years. They are staying at a rented house near the Rythu Bazaar in Vanasthalipuram.
As per available information, Suresh has been allegedly harassing Navya over trivial matters for the past some time. Unable to bear the harassment of her husband, Navya hanged with a saree from the ceiling fan in the house and died by suicide.
On receiving information, the Vanasthalipuram police reached the spot and took up investigation.
