Instead of replying to me in Parliament, PM insulted me: Rahul
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said everything that he said in Parliament about Adani-Modi relationship is true.
Addressing a public meeting at Meenagadi near Kalpetta in Waynad, Rahul Gandhi reiterated his stand on the relationship between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Gautam Adani. The prime minister was breaking the rules for Adani and that Adani accompanied Modi in all his foreign trips and signed agreements.
He asked as to how Adani could buy all the airports in the country.
The senior Congress leader also alleged that the prime minister insulted himself personally. “Instead of replying, Modi insulted me personally,” he said.
He said the truth would come out anyway. “If you see the body language of both of us, you will know where the truth lies,” he added.
Stating that Modi’s perception is that everyone is afraid of him, Rahul said he was not afraid of Modi.
“Modi thinks he is very powerful and people will get scared of him. He doesn’t realise that the absolute last thing that I am scared of is Narendra Modi,” Rahul Gandhi said and added that one day Modi will have to face the truth.
