Kannada pride will defeat Modi in Karnataka, says Revanth

Hyderabad: Recalling how Gujaratis supported Prime Minister Modi because he was a Gujarati, TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy urged Kannadigas to support AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge, calling him “the son of soil” and a tall leader of the party who worked hard for the people of Karnataka.
During the Congress’s election campaign in Karnataka, Revanth Reddy asked party leaders to repay Kharge’s hard work and commitment by defeating the BJP and securing the Congress’ win. He stated that the Centre is working hard to ensure Kharge loses the elections by abusing investigating agencies such as the ED and CBI, and asserted that the Congress party is committed to developing Karnataka in every way possible.
“It’s time we stand by him when the BJP has let down Karnataka with 40 percent commission being the norm. Even if the BJP deputes Modi and Amit Shah, they cannot defeat Kharge,” he stated while claiming that the Congress is poised to win 150 seats in the elections.
“If the BJP returns to power, commissions will increase by 50%. Kannadigas should teach the BJP a befitting lesson. Despite being in opposition, Congress MLA from Balki, Ishwara Khandre, has not compromised on the development of his constituency. He has advocated for low-income housing, built a hostel for female students on 4.5 acres of land, and focused on lift irrigation projects in his constituency.
