King greets foreign royals at Buckingham Palace reception
King Charles greeted foreign royals and world leaders at a reception in Buckingham Palace ahead of the Coronation tomorrow.
He was joined by the Prince and Princess of Wales, who also chatted to guests.
King Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco, Queen Letizia of Spain, and Mary, Crown Princess of Denmark, were among the European royals who descended on the Palace for the event.
Some 100 heads of state are set to attend tomorrow’s Coronation, with representatives from 203 countries travelling to London for the big day.
Jill Biden was among the global leaders attending the King’s reception, representing the US delegation on behalf of her husband, President Joe Biden.
Earlier on Friday, the King and Prince of Wales attended Westminster Abbey for the final Coronation rehearsal where they were joined by Queen Camilla.
