Syed Anees, a native of Kothagudem working in Dubai, died in a road accident in Congo during an official trip. Officials and public representatives visited his family to offer condolences after being informed of the mishap through Dubai authorities
Kothagudem: A native of Kothagudem, Syed Anees (44), died in a road accident in the Republic of Congo, Central Africa, on Tuesday.
According to family members, Anees, a resident of Srinagar Colony in Kothagudem, had been working in Dubai and was in Congo on official work when the mishap occurred. The local police there informed the Dubai authorities, who in turn conveyed the news to his family in Kothagudem.
Kothagudem DSP Shaik Abdul Rahaman, former Srinagar sarpanch Lagadapati Ramesh, and CPI district secretary Sabir Pasha visited the residence of Anees’s father, Akram, a retired SCCL employee, on Wednesday and offered their condolences to the bereaved family.
