With ruling both Bollywood and independent scene, the singer`s `Hmmmm` is enough to give us goosebumps and take us down the nostalgic ride. But did you know, Lucky Ali was also an actor who has acted in several Bollywood movies? Yes, you read that right. A while back in an interview, Lucky Ali was asked why did he quit acting in Bollywood movies. Being absolutely blunt about his experience in the Hindi film industry, he pointed out at the dirty games and lack of sensible content. “Is jagah mein badtameezi bahut hai. (This place has a lot of disrespect). Bollywood has changed. The movies which are being made these days are lacking inspiration and I think there is nothing to learn from such movies,” he said.
The Safarnama singer further added, “This generation’s movies are leaving a bad impact on society. People are getting violent as they are inspired with what is being showcased in the movies. I believe less patience and more greediness is being promoted through movies,” thus taking a dig at Bollywood`s influence on the society.
