Sangareddy: In yet another rape attempt in Sangareddy on Wednesday, a man tried to kill a woman by attacking her with a knife when she resisted his attempts.
According to available information, the married tribal woman, a resident of Gongulur Thanda in Pulkal mandal, came to Sangareddy town to find work on daily wage on Wednesday morning. The accused saw it as an opportunity and lured her to an isolated place offering work. When he tried to rape the woman, she fought back. He then attacked her with a knife and fled from the scene.
